THE BRAND

Molly is an esteemed brand that prioritizes tiers of luxury, placing the needs of its clients at its topmost level, and not for one moment compromising quality. The brand was established in 2018 by an energetically-motivated footwear lover and enthusiast, and prides itself on boldly embracing life’s challenges and experiences to create innovative and eccentric footwear.

As a newly established company, Molly constructs novel designs by merging binary ideas in a manner that produces beauty and functionalism. Furthermore, Molly aims to provide an authentic, yet playful take on footwear silhouettes and fulfill its due diligence in a manner that allows for the development of and contributions to local community programs in the African footwear industry.

A’DESIGN AWARD

The Gemini Rebirth by Molly received the A’ Design Award in the 2020 Footwear, Shoes and Boots Design  Category. This design was selected out of 40,000+ submissions as one of three winners in the design category by the internationally accredited jury members of the A’ Design Awards & Competitions.

The A’ Design Award is a prestigious award given to top 20% percentile designs that exhibit an exemplary level of sublimity in design. Entries to the A’ Footwear Design Awards are peer reviewed and anonymously judged by an expert jury panel of leading academics, influential press members and experienced professionals. Nominated footwear designs are voted on pre-determined evaluation criteria to highlight only the best footwear design works.
