RETURNS

Products eligible for return must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Items are to be returned in their original packaging, unaltered, unused, undamaged, and with original tags and labels. Please include all related accessories, documents e.g. Product certificates, Care Instructions, etc.

To return a recently purchased item:

• Click ‘Request Return’ below and complete the form provided.
• Once your return request has been processed, you will receive an e-mail with shipping label and instructions to follow.
• Print the shipping label and attach it to your parcel.
• Have your parcel ready for collection by our assigned courier on your requested date.
  

Please note that all returns are subject to assessment by Molly.
Returns of incomplete, altered, worn or damaged products will not be accepted; items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we are satisfied your item is in perfect condition, we will refund the original payment card within 14 days.
