To return a recently purchased item: Select ‘Request Return’ below and complete the form provided.
Once your return request has been processed and approved, please package your order securely and ship it back to us using a trackable method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender and are not covered by MOLLY.

All returns are subject to assessment by Molly.
Returns of incomplete, altered, worn or damaged products will not be accepted;
items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Handcrafted add-ons are created per order, and therefore, not acceptable for returns.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 days for items approved.
