To return a recently purchased item: Select ‘Request Return’ below and complete the form provided.

Once your return request has been processed, you will receive an e-mail including a shipping label and instructions to follow. Print this label, attach it to your parcel, and have your parcel ready for pick up by our assigned courier on your requested date.

Please note that all returns are subject to assessment by Molly.
Returns of incomplete, altered, worn or damaged products will not be accepted; items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we are satisfied your item is in perfect condition, we will refund the original payment card within 14 days.
